PIF member Park Life Pet has launched a brand-new natural cat treat line, Meow-Bix, to mark International Cat Day on 8 August. The grain-free treats are designed to combine playfulness with feline health and come in three fun flavours: Goldfish (salmon), Catnip (turkey), and Tweety Bird (chicken).
With high meat content and only 2 kcal per treat, Meow-Bix is positioned as a natural reward for modern cat owners. Each recipe is free from fillers and artificial ingredients, and the treats are packed in generous 150g recyclable pouches.
The launch aligns with Park Life Pet’s mission to create guilt-free, functional treats using 100% natural ingredients. While originally founded with dogs in mind, the new range marks a return to the founder’s early inspiration – his childhood cats, who now feature on the playful packaging.
“On International Cat Day, we’re proud to celebrate the cats that have shaped our lives,” said founder Richard Marles. “Meow-Bix is fun in its branding but serious about ingredients. It’s a win for cats and their humans.”
Meow-Bix is available now in the UK and Ireland via Cotswold Fayre, FAIRE.com, and parklife.dog, with an RRP of £4.99/€5.99 per pouch. The range is suitable for pet shops, garden centres and lifestyle retailers looking to expand their natural cat offering.
International Cat Day takes place annually on 8 August.
