PIF member Landguth, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of super premium private label wet pet food, is marking a trio of new achievements that highlight its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and product excellence.
The company has transitioned to sourcing 100% of its electricity from renewable energy, ensuring that its operations remain CO₂-neutral until at least the end of 2027. This milestone is a significant step in Landguth’s continued efforts to reduce its environmental impact and support responsible manufacturing practices.
In parallel, Landguth is expanding into the fresh frozen category with the launch of a new high-quality pet food range. This development allows the business to bring its established nutritional standards and product integrity to a fast-growing area of the market, giving customers and their pets more premium options to choose from.
As part of its sustainability focus, Landguth is also introducing fully recyclable pouches across its packaging portfolio. These eco-friendly materials provide clients with more sustainable choices without compromising on design or functionality.
Gillian Thomas-Jones, UK Sales Manager at Landguth, said:
“It is an exciting time for Landguth and to be part of this team. This demonstrates again how we continue to invest for our customers to bring innovation. Landguth is Europe’s number one for manufacturing super premium private label wet pet food, and I am excited to bring our signature look and quality to the fresh frozen category.”
These latest developments underline Landguth’s strategic mission: to lead the way in sustainable private label manufacturing, while delivering cutting-edge solutions in pet nutrition.
