Herbal pet care brand and long-standing PIF member Dorwest Herbs has won Online Business of the Year at the 2025 Pet Industry Federation (PIF) Awards, recognised for its impressive digital growth and customer-focused online experience.
The 2025 PIF Awards ceremony took place last week in Stoke-on-Trent, bringing together over 300 professionals from across the UK pet industry to celebrate excellence in retail, manufacturing, grooming, innovation, and service.
Dorwest Herbs was commended for its successful rebrand and new website, which have delivered exceptional results over the past year. Since launch, the company has achieved a 137% year-on-year increase in website sessions and a 50% rise in online revenue. Ecommerce conversion rates have also climbed to 5.2%, well above the industry average, with the website praised for its strong customer journey and informative product content.
